Sunset Park 5200 Miller Road

Sunset Park is the main location for the YAA's action. Four grass and four dirt infield diamonds allow for over 30+ baseball and softball games to be played each week during the YAA's spring and fall seasons. Sunset has become the home to the annual Brian Krueger Memorial Tournament, which hosted over 40 teams over the second weekend of July 2007. Thousands of dollars and volunteer hours have been spent making this facility one of the best in the McHenry County area. A free standing concession is staffed for all games throughout the season.

LeRoy Guy Park 201 Lakewood

Leroy Guy Park is the diamond(s) in the rough for the YAA. Normally home to our girl's softball program, the park has three well manicured dirt infields with beautiful thick, green outfields. A free standing concession stands allows spectators and players to get that cold drink or a quick lunch before or after games.

Ryder Park 1216 Crystal Lake Road

The original park used by LITH Baseball in the mid-50's, Ryder Park is used as an auxialary field for the Midgets, Mytes, Instructional Softball and Ponytail practices and games. Ryder #1 is Bendis Field, named in honor of one of the original founders of LITH baseball/softball. A free standing concession stands allows spectators and players to get that cold drink or a quick lunch before or after games here also.

Plote Field 500 Grace Drive

Donated by Plote Co, this field is a site to see. With regulation 90' basebaths and 350' outfield fences, Plote offers it all from lights for night games, cement dugouts and electronic scoreboard.

Please note that each of the fields used by the YAA are property of the Village of Lake In The Hills and the usage policy must be followed at all parks.
